  • browser and device information;
  • requested URL;
  • date and time of the request;
  • referrer information.

3. Contact form

The website contact form does not send or store your information in a Bliss database.

When you submit the form, your browser prepares an email addressed to Bliss through your own email application.

4. Why we process your data

We process personal data to:

  • respond to enquiries;

  • prepare proposals or take steps requested before entering into an agreement;
  • manage relevant correspondence;
  • operate and secure the website;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations.

The legal basis is generally:

  • steps taken at your request before entering into a contract;
  • Bliss's legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating a secure website;
  • compliance with legal obligations where applicable.

5. Retention

Enquiries that do not develop into an ongoing professional or contractual relationship are reviewed for deletion no later than 24 months after the last meaningful contact.

Where an enquiry develops into a project, client relationship or contract, relevant correspondence and documents may be retained for as long as necessary to manage that relationship and meet applicable legal, accounting or tax obligations.

Technical logs are retained according to the settings of the relevant hosting and infrastructure providers.

6. Service providers

Personal or technical data may be processed by service providers supporting the website and communications, including:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law apply.

Bliss does not sell personal data and does not use website visitor data for behavioural advertising or profiling.
